Quality

MTI group manufacture ultra heavy duty blast hole blockers with an inner gas sealed bladder plus an outer sealed bladder and a scuff bag.

For safety and environmental reasons the inflation gas used is non inflammable, non toxic and CFC free.

Safety

Staying true to safety, MTi Group are the first manufacture of gasbags to obtain NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities) certification for non flammability of their premium BlastBag Solo.

NATA  testing is recognised throughout the world and is completed in strict compliance with the Australian Dangerous goods Code 7th edition, the latest Australian Standard AS2278-2008, and the United Nations test criteria for hazardous substances 4th edition.

Construction

• Outer scuff bag
  Manufactured from heavy duty woven polypropylene to protect the inner bladders from abrasion and mechanical damage.
• Gas tight bladders
  Two gas tight bladders, one inner and one outer, offer outstanding reliability. Bladders are made from ultra strong nylon reinforced co-extrusion.
• Aerosol canister
  One piece aluminium construction for added strength.
